Important Update to All Of Our Clients at McGills Hairdressing Salon in Edinburgh
The health and wellbeing of our clients and the McGills team is of the upmost importance to us. Whilst we all deal with the effects of the recent Coronavirus outbreak, we wish to reassure and keep you up to date on what precautions we are taking as a small business as this may affect any upcoming appointments you may have.
Please be assured that the salon has upped it’s already high hygiene standards. We are regularly deep cleaning the salon and have increased the frequency of our disinfection procedures. We are paying extra attention to all surfaces such as door handles, bathrooms, styling stations and other areas of multiple contact. We are using disinfectant on the card machines also.
We ask that when you enter our salon, please head to our bathroom to wash your hands with the antibacterial hand wash provided. Our staff will be doing the same, before and after every single client.
All our team are ensuring hygiene is a priority when in the salon, so please don’t be offended if you see us cleaning intensely prior to or after your appointment at a station as this will be done in between every appointment.
We will remain open for business as usual until we are advised otherwise and we are staying vigilant in all government updates. Government guidance may be found HERE.
We do ask that if you are feeling unwell or have recently returned from an affected area please let us know so we can reschedule your appointment.
With all the doom and gloom around us right now, McGills will still deliver the warmest of welcomes when you arrive with a proactive approach to a very difficult situation.
