Disconnected Men's Hairstyles with Undercuts & Fades

One of the top trends for men's hair at the moment is the disconnected cut where the hair is short or shaved close to the skin at the sides and left longer on the top.

You hair can then be worn in a quiff, over to one side, slicked straight back or just left long and floppy.  

If you want the sides of your hair to be super short, you should ask for an undercut. With a fade, the hair will gradually fade from longer at the top down to shorter at the sides.
